NO, you should not post the information of a person who owes you money in social media. Even if your allegations against him/her are true, such action can still give rise to civil and/or criminal liabilities for cyber libel.
In such a case, the proper remedy is proper negotiation and/or communication. If that fails, then a Small Claims case is proper.
